Each year, undergraduate students at Miami are asked to nominate those faculty they thought go over and above to help them on their pre-health tracks. The Mallory-Wilson Center Student Advisory Board named Dr. McMurray this year’s Outstanding Pre-Health Faculty Member! Dr. McMurray is deeply honored to have received this prestigious award, and moved by the nominations he received. Student training is the primary focus of the McMurray lab, where we strive to combine interdisciplinary perspectives on neuroscience with a focus on real-world health issues. This award is as much for the lab as it is for Dr McMurray.
